Having recently contacted Harry as SoFitt, his knowledge and attitude towards my goals were taken on board and a personalised training and diet plan were formed completely tailored to my needs. After following (fairly closely albeit after a few lapses of pints and pizza's!) I can honestly say I am feeling and looking in the best shape of my life. Looking forward to keeping on and seeing what else is achievable with Harry's in depth knowledge and result driven work. Thank you!

Training with Harry has been great! We first started sessions in the run up to my wedding; Harry completely understood my goals and developed a personalised program to help me achieve them. Throughout the process Harry listened to my feedback and was always adjusting and tweaking to dynamically manage both my preferences and strengths/weaknesses. Ive also been training with Harry in the organised small group sessions, which have been brilliant. Historically Ive not been a fan of group training but have really enjoyed the relaxed, small classes with SoFitt. The classes cover exercises that we wouldnt usually focus on during 1-2-1 PT, so its great to get out of my comfort zone and push myself in different ways. I would definitely recommend!

Ive trained with Harry for a few months now and have nothing but good things to say. His technical understanding is phenomenal and the sessions that hes developed for me are varied, challenging and good fun! Harry has been able to teach me the skills to help me be effective in the gym on my own. We work hard but still have time to have good conversation which keep the sessions enjoyable and keep me coming back and looking forward to them each week.

I have been training with Harry since 2018 and its been the best thing Ive ever done. After recovering from an illness he has massively helped me regain my strength and flexibility. My confidence has increased and he ensures my technique is always correct to avoid injuries. His knowledge is fantastic! Always makes a workout fun and challenging and the tunes are good! :)
