Very pleasantly surprised. Persian Food Station on Gloucester Road has changed hands a couple of times but has finally fallen into the right hands! Not much to look at from the outside but the interior has been delicately tweaked and looks really lovely and inviting. Its run by a lovely couple from the North of Iran so it really is your quintessential family-run restaurant. Portion sizes are properly Iranian, ie HUGE. And it tastes comforting like really good homemade food. All in all, great food, great people, great service. Defo one to try when youre wearing an elasticated waistband #foodforthesoul #supportindependent
