Perfume purchased yesterday, was offered discount if I added membership. Was not informed of 15 membership charge, so saved 3.20 and incurred excess charge of 11.80. Only noticed it when received e-receipt. Customer Service refuse to refund and state must return to store. Judging by previous reviews, will give it a miss, as don't wish to be verbally abused.

What a lovely experience! Cherilee, or 'Cher' was absolutely wonderful. She obliged us for trying lots of different perfumes. Eventually found one I loved and she recommended finding similar ones on the website. 5/5 star service. Thank you Cher!!
