I can honestly say I wouldnt have got more professional customer service if I had bought the watch from Rolex themselves.         I used this place yesterday to sell some old jewellery snd assorted items that Id had in a drawer for some time. I was genuinely unaware if they had any value, but the lady who served me was very patient and explained exactly what each item was worth. These people are friendly and lovely to deal with.
