Offered me 220 for 1 Troy Ounce (31.1 grams) of 24 crt 999.99% pure gold in the form of a Britannia 1oz gold coin. A laughable price to be honest managed to get 1,150 for it by shopping around. DO NOT SELL GOLD HERE!!

i pawned some gold at Raselle Ltd and i was surprised when i got price on my gold thought i was only going to get 20 or 30 pounds but was told 110 thanks Raselle Ltd honest and trust worthy shop i will shop here again thanks

My experience at this shop was absolutely horrible. One of the members of the staff who was serving me was very rude to me and my mother. He asked how much money I want to send and where but did not ask about which type of sending I want. He chose the most expensive one (money will be received in 20 minutes) without telling us. So at the end he said he just assumed I was confident and want that type. He got very nervous when I told him that he could have just asked. Other member of staff who apparently was eavesdropping said to him "you don't have to ask". It is my money, he must have made sure I am aware. I will never go back there again. I would give them minus 5 stars if I could.

I had a piece of ancestral jewellery which I trade at Raselle Ltd at a good price. By choosing Raselle Ltd for gold sell in Bristol, I am so very satisfied. In fact, I am more than happy to have the amount which other pawn shops in Bristol were reluctant to pay. And yes, cash for gold was furnished to me on the spot of transaction. Looking forward to seeking their help for selling gold in future too!
