Melanie Noble - Osteopathy & movement

I would recommend Melanie in an instant! It was my first time ever visiting an Osteopath, and Melanie made me feel at ease by explaining how she worked from the outset, asking all my questions and making me feel really welcome. I had an amazing experience - she seemed to understand my issues and needs straight away and I left my appointment with (quite literally) a new spring in my step, and much less pain than before. Melanie is great. She offered me a thorough assessment which helped me understand my body's needs better. Since then, we have been working on increasing my mobility and reducing the pain I am experiencing through techniques used in our appointments but also by setting small goals to work on at home. Melanie is kind and approachable and she is also a very knowledgeable osteopath. I would definitely recommend her.
