After several weeks of neck and shoulder pain and noticing the new shop signage, I decided enough was enough I need some help. I read the testimonies left by others on the website and booked my first session with Monika, very simply through the online booking system. After one session I cannot believe the difference and wish I booked sooner! Ive never seen an osteopath before. Hopefully just another two sessions and I should be improved enough. I also learnt not to roll and click my neck too, which in fact does not help. If you're undecided if it's right for you, give it a go.

I have been a client of Monika's, for numerous years, after suffering a slipped disc in my lower back. Monika's treatment has allowed me to continue with gym workouts and to play golf regularly. Recently I alerted Monika of a pain in my left hip which was uncomfortable whilst walking and exercising. Monika administered a treatment that she had studied on a website from one of the country's leading Osteopaths. After my first treatment the pain reduced tremendously and following the second treatment the pain has disappeared completely. This has allowed me to continue with daily exercise, walking 3 to 4 miles daily and playing golf for which I am extremely grateful for.

After having back shoulder and neck pain plus right hip pain and sciatica for the last year and a half with constant pain I was reluctant that Monika would have me fighting fit within 5 sessions. I have been visiting the chiropractor and acupuncture for a year to no avail. However I have now told Monika that she is a saint and her halo is in the post as I am almost pain free after 4 sessions!

A hidden gem. Id never considered osteopathy having stuck to physio, sports massage, chiropractic treatments etc. However, I should have done. Monika got me back on the straight and narrow extremely quickly. Its no exaggeration to say I cannot remember a time where I have been pain free so often. Im not a wreck, but I certainly get my share of aches and pains. I now know I dont have to put up with these. It is possible to walk, stand, bend, free of pain... I would particularly recommend Monika to everyone working for FRS, Police or Ambulance!
