        Just arrived and so far its a horrible experience - theyre playing Kiss FM in the waiting area - really makes for a relaxing atmosphere!

        Just fabulous from first point of contact through to discharge. Anxiety, apprehension and finally through to acceptance of the process which throughout exceeded visual expectations and ultimately manifested in better thatn 20:20 vision. I was a person not a number and felt the love. Just incredible experience and outcome. Without doubt the best unaffordable money I have ever spent. Seeing life quite literally through new eyes. Special mention for Imari in Bristol.

        Took really exceptionally good care of my mum, very reassuring and the optometrist called several times chasing how mum felt , when her follow up was. Talked mum down when she was agitated or nervous - honestly just really great service & so caring. Shes a credit to them & mum was a lot calmer & was touched that she called twice to check in. Slesha was the optometrists name. THANK YOU so much for remembering the person behind the people you see. Just great stuff & great team!
