Hazel Schoeters
They have been looking after me for about 10 years. Always a professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. Theyre done everything from fitting a lost screw to saving my vision when I went to them with what turned out to be a retinal issue. They were very happy to and took good care of my Mum too when she came to the UK to visit me. Now Im moving away I can only hope to find somewhere as good. Thanks for everything!

Friendly, considerate service, attention to detail. Thank you to Steve and Helen for providing a first class service. My eyes are challenging, with a range of issues, and I wanted to keep my own frames, so not the easiest customer. Whilst adjusting to my new glasses I went back with questions, and was given time and attention to make sure I was happy with my new glasses including a second eye check to make certain the first check-up had been accurate (it was). I have been reassured at every step and very happy indeed with the quality of the Zeiss lenses. Will go back.

Been coming here all my life . Not anymore , rude uncaring , lack of understanding, plus every pair glasses I've had falls apart . No longer a friendly caring opticians like it was years ago . Oh and if you have disabilities or autism forget it I can't have certain tests done because of flashes or in your face photography or scans few years ago I was allowed to have just basic eye test now I've been booted out for not agreeing . Anyway I'm now at a loss so cos of them I had to order a pair of glasses from amazon . They have changed and no care or understanding just rudeness and very abrupt . If I was able to tolerate certain tests I'd of gone to soecsavers but so I was made to fell I don't matter anymore so only option left was buy my own glasses
