        Really bad. Dont bother to go there. Not the first or second time that I went there and take them an hour or 2 hours to attend me. My appointment was 12:30. At first they asked me to came back in half hour . 1pm I was back there but I finished by 3 pm almost 4pm. I had lots of patience with the team.

        I came for appointment with two Cartier frames and was help by the manager of the shop in Bristol Harry Anstey. Harry was very friendly and professional. I was given great advice which was tailored to my needs. Highly recommend the Bristol shop.

        So unprofessional! The staff have not idea what sunglasses lenses are selling and they let you wait a lot before helping you. Most of the people who work there are new and can't help much
