        Very good in store. Efficient and pleasant. Westbury branch. Cribbs branch the girl made 3 consecutive mistakes n wasnt with it giving out wrong information, so I left due to her incompetence. Their phone systems are dire. Each branch Broadmead Clifton Cribbs n Westbury rings out n then finally get through to Westbury n get cut off. How are you supposed to cancel an appointment when youve been trying to ring for over an hour. So bad n frustrating

        The lovely staff at Boots went out of their way to fit in an emergency appointment for me despite being very busy and hampered by the extra lockdown restrictions. I can't thank them enough for their help. They are great.

        They nearly always stock the tricky-to-find "preservative-free eyedrops" that my husband needs daily, and no price hike for a rare item. Thank you!
