        Fantastic prices with faultless service, couldn't ask for better! Got 2 new pairs of glasses, both with reaction lenses. Our order was taken by the Training Manager, Teri, who was extremely helpful with a great personality, extremely funny, and made the visit an absolute pleasure. Upon collecting the glasses, we we're seen by Sue, who was extremely pleasant, again made the visit a pleasurable experience. Would highly recommend coming here if you need glasses, I would definitely be returning!

        Took my 91 yo mother-in-law this afternoon for a hearing test. Alina the audiologist was patient and professional. Making sure we understood every aspect. I would also like to mention that M-i-L had new glasses about 2 months ago but wasn't getting on with separate glasses for distance and reading. The lenses have been swapped for bifocals, no problem. Everyone we met at Specsavers in The Mall was brilliant. Helpful, patient and caring.
