        I live in Wales and for some reason they sent it to this store. I drove all the way here after work to get here twenty minutes before closing to find out the staff had left ten minutes earlier - this isn't the first time they've meesed up. Had to drive the two hours back home.

        Recently been for an eye test and subsequently new spectacles. I have to say everybody was very professional but friendly. COVID-19 rules were rigidly adhered to. Everything I touched was cleaned after me. My new specs are perfect and a lot cheaper than I thought they were going to be considering they are varifocals. Recommend!
