I came here because I thought a small establishment would take more care with the service than large establishments such as Specsaver. Unfortunately, just as the examination was inaccurate because instead of both eyes being +2.75, which I checked at Specsaver and found to be a correctly diagnosed defect, here I was told that my left eye was +2.25 and my right eye was +2.75. In addition I was offered progressive special glasses for driving with a yellow tint for which I paid over 500. Unfortunately, this also proved to be a failure in this case. At night, my wife was afraid to drive with me because she claimed that I was driving very unsteadily and as if I was afraid to drive. On top of that, the viewing angles were very small. I had the impression that the laboratory that made the glasses employs either people with no experience or people who are drunk. After showing me the quality of the progressive spectacles made in Poland for 250 and comparing them to the product sold to me, the lady immediately refunded my money. Unfortunately, I will not use this company again. It is all down to the quality of the product, which still needs a lot of work.

Absolutely appalling would never ever go there again paid 750 for a pair of glasses told they were special waited 4 weeks then rang told they had been there 3 weeks wailing to be collected when asked why they had not contacted said they delivered a card to some address I had never heard of asked why they hadnt phoned said did not have my phone number which was untrue because they rang me the week before to change appointments ,The glasses were sub standard and of very poor Qualty took them back the. Lens where not inserted correctly and had a chip in which was marking my face I have now been waiting for the replacements and told they where not yet ready and was being replaced why they are now taking so long I asked if I could have my money back and was told I couldnt as it was not their responsibility perhaps they have never heard of the SALE OF GOODS ACT WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY WAS COERCED INTO TAKING MY LAST REVIEW OFF BY OFFERING BETTER SERVICE BUT HAS NOT HAPPENED Just recieved these spectacles over 8 Weeks still not as good as expected cannot read small print or number plate from 20 metres think Ill go and get a pair from SPECSAVERS ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH THEM AND HALF THE PRICE Tues 11April still not been contacted now eight weeks since original order
