Same as the other Specsavers, won't touch my existing glasses frames. Off to an independent optician as always to get my prescription into my RayBan frames

The optician in Emmerson's green is very unprofessional, I dont think he know what he is saying.. I had the new pair of glasses for one week and I suffered from blurry vision , dizzy and one eye being red. When I went back to the specsaver, they told me I need to pay extra 25 for being checked again, or go to NHS. Because my left eye is red, and this is not their business. He thought this is infection without any examination. I dont know so much about the ophthalmology, but if I had infection, wouldn't both my eyes are red? If I am wrong, it would not hurt to spend extra 5 mins to explain to me. Instead, they were so inrush to either kick me out from the shop, and did not wanna talk to me unless I pay extra 25 . I went to Boots for an emergency check, got well explaination, eyes were not infected. I had my glasses returned already, and will go to boots for the future glasses. AVOID Specsavers in Emmerson green.
