I was so nervous about reluctantly going for my first eye test..In forty odd years, knowing I needed glasses ! I postponed making any appointments as I feared the worst. One day I expressed my concerns to the wonderful receptionist she showed me kindness in the way she interacted..she gave me an appointment.with a lovely optician..who also made me feel at ease..After the meeting she said I only need the glasses for reading as tiny/small words which I once had no problem reading now appear fuzzy.she said whats happened to me is normal for my age..my eyes are healthy.. I only got a slight discrepancy in one of my eyes .when all is said and done.I dont know why I was so nervous..I guess its the unknown.More importantly I want to say a huge Thank you to the beautiful staff @ Direct Eyecare Stapleton Road With my new glasses..I now read in High Definition

I came along with a family member and we received exceptional customer service from a young lady named Aneesah. Also there is great value for money on the glasses!
