Just visited this shop and the customer service I received was absolutely disgusting. Your colleague needs to learn how to speak to customers and from other customers feedback in the shop Im guessing Im not the first person to have experienced this. Only one person in the shop serving and I visited at around 5.20 pm so I presume you will be able to find the staff member responsible.
