Helen is currently helping me with digestion problems. She has been extremely helpful in managing a very frustrating problem. The consultations are practical and empathetic and the advice is given confidently and without false promises. One part of my treatment has been a stand out help to me which is the guided hypnotherapy, I would highly recommend this together with Helens guiding hand.

Helen has been the first person to show genuine care, empathy and understanding.
