        Extremely unprofessional set up. The senior management team is rude, unresponsive and uninterested in regard to serious safeguarding issues. Serious concerns for welfare were identified and witnessed. My mum had to be removed because they were not looking after her. Extremely distressing for my mum who has multiple health conditions and was paying for her own care. Utterly disgraceful company with no morals.

        This care home is one of the best! Ignore the other negative outdated comments. This is a very tidy, well run care home. The management and care nurses are wonderful. The food is freshly cooked onsite and of a VERY high standard. The rooms are nicely decorated with ensuite toilet & wash basins. You can bring your own furnishings to the room if you wish. Very well done to all the team at MHA Hartcliffe.

        Absolute shambles of a company the management running this home are just awful. The care received is extremely poor they do not like involving family and do not welcome comments or raising care concerns. Avoid this home at all costs there is much better homes out there we didn't do any research and found out the hard way.

        The best home I could ever ask for to take care of my Granny. All the nurses are so caring and they even looked after Gramps who visited Granny everyday. Thank you for everything.
