I liked working here with the rainbows and residents listen up tho I worked a 17 hour day night shift here they never paid me. I had to fight for it. Also each holiday request was denied a total of 5 times. When I was made redundant they had to listen to my trade union rep demanding the money in lieu. Of 5 weeks plus my annual payout and existing holiday also denied. I was a trade union rep myself and they had to pay me. a price less sum. Other staff all had their holidays fine but not je. I had to work to support the others

Not enough staff.to meet needs .if you can't feed yourself.ect. (good staff But to busy) !!!!
