Not what I would want to end up in for sure its like a dungeon for dementia people u walk down into! Narrow corridors lack of fresh air the smell is awful. Can't say all staff look happy either and a few have said how bad it is. Seriously u wouldn't want to end your days in a room like a cell with tatty curtains and kids wallpaper and no private bathroom. Depressing! Not many are lovely but this is the worst one I have been in.and right at the end no compassion and respect

Being over 100 miles from the home, in London, I telephoned to find out how my sister was getting on, as she had been due to be moved to Warmley Court on Wednesday and I hadnt been able yet to ascertain any news from any relative as to how she was, and did not wish to give my sister my recently acquired cold by visiting at present. Barbara answered the phone, and knew immediately who I was enquiring about. She was able to tell me who had visited and when, and alerted me to a problem of a low level of communication from my sister. This was neither new nor unexpected by me. Barbara kindly asked what children my sister has, and asked for their names, presumably in the hope of stimulating some fresh responses from my sister. I was left greatly reassured in my mind that my sister is in good, caring hands and I could not have hoped for a better response from my telephone enquiry. This bodes very well for my sisters future well-being at this home and I look forward to meeting the staff when I can visit without the risk of spreading infection. Thank you!
