Snapdragons Nursery, Redland

Having booked well over a year in advance, snapdragons rang us up just one month in advance and told us they had no place available. I asked them to give me weekly updates which they agreed to do but then never bothered to. I would advise anyone considering here to think about whether they want to risk being put in the same situation

Sadly Snapdragons Redland absolutely shafted us by cancelling our daughter's place almost 8 months after they offered her one, due to 'staff shortages'. Leaving us majorly in the lurch with only 2 months to go and giving us a major headache to sort out. Hardly very considerate or child focused.

This place is amazing! Our child loves everything here. The staff are so friendly and seem genuinely interested and engaged in the kids and their learning. The food is varied and just right for the age group, the activities are again varied and engaging. I am so glad we chose snapdragons

Can only comment on what staff are like. Management are lazy and don't look after their staff....or even talk to them some days. High turnover due to most being unhappy at work.

From the chef who I wish could also make our meals to the excellently designed playground to the awesome staff, I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. Our little one has been attending since he was 4 months old (now almost a year) and his care has been consistently excellent. He loves going to nursery and actively reaches out for the nursery teachers when we drop him off in the morning. We get regular updates on what he's up to (as well as photos and videos) and they have been endlessly patient with all our new parent questions. Highly recommend.
