If u are looking for a nursery that will not only support your child but you as well. I would 100% recommend this nursery. The staff are truly amazing. Every child is different in their own ways and i can say the staff here will help your child to the best of their ability. My daughter who has asd use to go this nursery and supported her needs and was there to support me when my daughter was diagnosed. Matt the head teacher is really friendly and easy to talk too, who also bring in his amazing friendly dog Jake in to see the children. Jake the dog alway great people with his tail wagging and loves a smooth. The family link worker Lucy is always on hand to help you and listen. The staff in class 3 which is now moon room, Sandy (class teacher) Lisa and Sally helped and supported my daughter so much while she was in the their class. They helped my daughter so much and my daughter loved being in their class. Also they would let me know how she got on that day. If I was having any problems they would listen and give advice. Gareth the site manager is a lovely guys. He is friendly and always has a smile on his face. Gareth does so much that you dont see. Like making sure that everything is maintained for the children in and outside and around the nursery. The reception staff are always smiling and ready to help the best they can. The staff are all fantastic and they are like a family which you are lucky to have while your children are at their nursery. I can honestly say if you want a nursery that you makes you feel welcomed and supportive, feel part as a family and meet you childs need then I would say Ilminster avenue specialist nursery is the nursery you want.
