Visited Sam for the first time and booked a 1hr Nimue facial. The facial was great - very relaxing (I nodded off), and I really noticed a big difference in my skin after, particularly the fine lines around my eyes and on my forehead. Sam was lovely; super down-to-earth, and provided loads of follow-up information and advice, which was really helpful. I also got to meet her gorgeous cat who came in as I was leaving! I cant recommend her highly enough, and will definitely be back next time Im in Bristol. Thanks Sam!

My friend and I went together for a set of ombre nails each. Lovely professional service with real attention to detail. It was very clear she understood what would work best for each of our sets. Very clear she cared about the quality of her work and the results were fabulous. Both of us came away feeling great, I would highly recommend.

I am absolutely devastated, I got lost in the area, finally found the place, called Samantha, she said that I am late (23 minutes from an hour of the service I had paid for) and she has already marked the appointment as missed, I asked if we can reschedule the booking, she said that she could have booked somebody else instead and is not returning the money either, I have never been treated so unkindly, do not pay in advance, ladies
