I dropped by the studio with my sister & wife, we were totally amazed, by the knowledge, passion, calm clear instruction , for us beginners, we left with a Celtic hand pan. Knowing that they really care for what they create & the after care they give. We also witnessed a act of kindness to a fellow pan player, you pay for what you get, & they far exceed this . Totally recommended & happy we are in safe hands

I'm extremely happy with the service at Meridian Handpans. I am a complete Newby who was enchanted with the handpan and so following an initial very helpful call with Duncan, I visited him and he talked through the options in an honest and helpful way. I left with my shiny Celtic D and can't wait to learn. Highly recommended. Many thanks to Duncan and the team.

An absolute pleasure to deal with from the start until the end of my order. Duncan and Marketa agreed to make a custom scale for me that wasn't on the website at no additional charge. My instrument was completed and arrived well before schedule and sounds amazing. Meridian handpans are both beautiful looking and sounding. It arrived extremely well packaged and very quickly after I made my final payment. Highly recommended for handpans that are some of the best sounding out there.

Im so happy of the beautiful artwork of Meridian Handpans that Im lucky enough to have with me, so I wanted to share my journey. Ive been looking to get a handpan for a while and after a couple of years listening to different makers and scales I narrowed it down to a Meridian stainless steel minor scale. I played a couple handpans in the past but I wanted to try it in person before buying one, so Ive given them a call to organize a visit. The trip from London to Bristol was totally worth it, I was welcomed by Duncan and Marketa and the environment was friendly but very professional. They were super knowledgeable and helpful, you can really feel they love what they do and they strive for perfection. Plus, theyre just very nice people. Ive tried a D Celtic Minor and a F Low Pygmy and Ive decided to go for the second one. After getting the handpan I took a flight abroad taking the instrument as a checked-in luggage in a Hardcase Technologies Aviotek medium rigid case, which was a bad decision from my end. Duncan did warn me to get an Aviotek large case when giving me tips on how to take care of the instrument and how to flight with it, but I just completely forgot that piece of information among the many tips and in the excitement of buying a handpan. So really recommend to listen well and maybe write down the most important tips if youre a handpan newbie like me! I also want to point out that the case is great and does its job, I just should have gone for the large size case for a 21 handpan, as, even if the diameter was fitting and the case was closing, there was probably too much pressure on the hight (and they must have dropped the case while handling it in the airport). Long story short, the handpan wasnt damaged, but on the journey back the ding got detuned. Ive called and Duncan was so kind to let me come in the day after and re-tuned it for me, as well as giving me extra tips and sending me a list of handpan players to listen to for inspiration. Thank you for this beautifully sounding instrument, I totally recommend Meridian Handpans!
