Michelle has been fantastic in helping me find a new deal in this difficult time. She not only assisted me in this, but cancelled and reapplied twice in order to take advantage of falling rates after signing up with the provider- something I would have never done myself. Great service from Michelle. My mortgage was running out in 3 months so it was panic galore with the interest rates as high as they were.
