He helped us get a great mortgage offer as first-time buyers, far better than what banks had offered when I did their online affordability calculators. I would love to say that Mr Thomas Garter provided an above and beyond service in helping me secure a cheap 3 year deal to help me make ends meet in such a tough time faced by a lot of us. Tom initially got me a 2 year fixed as my mortgage offer was coming to an end and said to me in 2 months we can have a look again and see if the rate goes down and luckily I did and he helped me secure a lower 3 year deal and helped me save some money towards my mortgage payments. Throughout the process Tom evaporated a superb professional service and also was very quick in securing me the mortgage deals in both instances. I would recommend Tom to my friends family and my neighbours. I am really happy to have Tom as my mortgage advisor:) Thank you Tom
