He responded to emails and phone calls straight away and was there whenever we was unsure about anything and to answer all our questions. Len went the extra mile for us and we cant thank him enough. Myself and partner had to do something about being stuck in our interest only mortgage for over 15yrs. Googled searched for 5star mortgage broker. Muscat & Co Mortgage Solutions Ltd (Len) , was the first to come up. Must of been fate to find a good mortgage broker 1st time. We can now celebrate that we aren't "mortgage prisoners" and Len has made that happen. Len has been very polite, kind and understanding of our situation. No pressures, he kept us up to date with each stage of the process and what we needed to supply along the way. Len informed us if it didn't work out right now, we could try again in a few months and that he would stay in touch until we could remortgage. At the last moments of our remortgage being signed over he already spoke with our new lender as they had a better rate and offer, we were able to prospone for a couple of days until the new deal was signed. We will be forever grateful as now we have new beginnings and not trapped in a mortgage that shouldn't even exist. If anyone feels anxious about trusting who to go with please don't hesitate with Len. He's honest and straight to the point always looking after his customers what more can anyone ask for. Had a really good experience with Len. He stuck with us for over 2 years after a nightmare of trying to sell a flat then finally buying a house. Really helpful and explained everything we needed to know or asked him in a clear way. Was always quick to reply or answer the phone when all of a sudden he was needed. Would highly recommend.
