SECOND TO NONE!! Harvey Pearce is incredible. I was recommended to Harvey by my accountant to help us find a mortgage: We are a special case as we only have 1 year of business accounts; on top of that we were securing our mortgage at the time of Liz Truss and Kwasi Kwarteng's announcements... Harvey turned a nightmare into a dream: we managed to get a mortgage in principle for the best 5 year fixed deal on the market, when we found our property and got an offer accepted they withdrew the offer... Harvey was relentless in contacting this specific lender to reconsider me and eventually they did. Thank you very much Harvey for going above and beyond!

Harvey was an absolute brilliant mortgage advisor throughout the process. Harvey was so efficient in everything he did; responding almost immediately at times. He took care of absolutely everything and left me with little to do, which was great. He made the process very easy. I would 100% recommend Harvey to others (just as he was recommended to me).
