If there was a 10 star rating for Integra i would have hit that button without hesitation. Gavin Culverhouse took our application and ran with it, our set of circumstances was slightly complicated and Gavin was able to tap into a wealth of experience & knowledge of the sector , he had to get really creative when we needed him to, and he injected a level of calm and professionalism into the process that allowed us to get to an offer which quite frankly was never a surety. I work in the financial sector and Gavin has that certain something that we all hope to be able to transmit to our clients, relationships are integral to our business and i certainly will be engaging Gavin again in the future .A real asset and a top person to boot, a huge thank you from the Evans family !

Fantastic service. Supported through the whole process by Luke who was amazing. Couldnt help enough, always at the end of the phone/email to answer any questions or queries in a timely manner. Luke made sure that the entire process was person-centred and focused on my needs and requests. He made appointments that were able to fit around my work schedule. We would like to thank Luke Aqui from Integra for his advice and support through our process of purchasing our first home. Luke was honest, patient and extremely supportive with the service he provided that we feel as if weve made a friend! Without his advice and support I probably wouldve lost my sanity through the stresses of dealing with estate agents and properties who strung us along. Luke was able to keep us informed and advised on our mortgage options as well as extensions during these stresses. Amazing service from Luke and his team. I contacted Luke for mortgage advice on a house purchase for myself and my partner in mid 2022, based on a recommendation from a friend. Luke was honest and attentive, helping us secure the best fixed-rate mortgage we could at the start of the process (a massive help due to the climbing rates at the time). He was always on-hand to answer questions, and responded quickly and in detail which was massively appreciated given that our seller wanted a very quick turn-around time on the sale. I would recommend Integra to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor / mortgage broker. When we move in the future we will definitely reach out to them again. We're both so happy with our new home.
