Phil & his team have been brilliant from start to finish. We didnt have an easy application, having been self employed for less than one year at the start of the process. Phil worked tirelessly to identify potential lenders and then to build a strong case for the mortgage application. Several hiccups along the way with delays in our chain and with the developer meant our original mortgage offer expired. Phil helped us to reapply this time to a different lender with a more favourable rate. In an incredibly stress time Phil has been a huge support. We will always be grateful for the time he gave to us. Thank you!

The overall experience of buying the house for the first time was rather painful and stressful. Dealing with Russell was the nicest part of this process. He was very enthusiastic, patient and responsive. He was replying to my emails outside his working hours and was always happy to help. Well, I know who I will contact next time when I decide to move.
