We were recommend Watson and Co by a family member when we were in a position to buy our first house together (Jake and Gemma). From our first meeting with Kelly through to completion we had a brilliant experience. We were buying a new build and Kelly found the best mortgage offer for us and spoke to the provider many times due the bespoke product we were using due to the time period between exchange and completion. Kelly and her team kept in constant contact to ensure everything was moving in the right direction. Even at the last minute when we had to sort an insurance policy and chase the mortgage provider/solicitor for release of the funds on completion day, Kelly stepped in to help with that. Mark watson and Jen cox have just made a 25 year dream come true id been after my dream childhood house for 25 years I missed the deal twice in this time period but as from the 16th of November 2022 my dream came true, four brokers before had tried and failed .. a real fighting team that go above and beyondthank you
