One word Mike! He is absolutely the best and could not have helped us more in our journey to buying our first home! We are so grateful and thankful for all the hard-work and dedication he puts into getting his clients to results they want! The service I received from Hodgson Kearny was exceptional. Rich Hodgson goes the extra mile, and I highly recommend him! When I was initially searching for a mortgage, I faced rejection by other companies for being self-employed for less than two years. I called Rich Hodgson, who listened, understood, showed me exactly what I could afford, and drafted a mortgage in principle. Eventually, I bought a flat in South London, away from Rich's usual area of Bristol. He was there every step of the way to explain things, and I would not have got a mortgage without his help. To add to this, Rich has called me to check how things are in my new home long after his services have finished. I've valued his time and support and am delighted to be on the property ladder!
