Being foreigner and not exactly spring chicken, I thought it would be impossible to find a mortgage that would spread over 19 years (or so I believed after talking to 3 brokers from estate agencies). Paul found a mortgage for 24 years which led to lower monthly payments compared to other options (products). Not too many words, just the job done efficiently. We are very happy with the whole procedure, the services and support we received.
