        I'd give them no stars if I could. Don't go near this firm. I ordered a double profile bed, my husband died before it was delivered so I cancelled the order. I was asked for a death certificate so they could refund my money. I sent it but it took over 3 months and a letter from my solicitor before they finally made the refund. In the meantime they have rung me up 4 times and asked to speak to my husband. They are useless, unfriendly, totally incompetent and down right unprofessional and rude.
