        Very very poor communication when getting things collected after loosing my grandmother. Very rude over the phone and took 3 attempts to have the living aids collected as they didnt turn up. The young lads collecting were extremely over worked and very underpaid and even worked past their hours to get the collections done. The lads were very polite and apologetic but we understood it wasnt them at fault, it was down to the very poor management of the company.

        I have been waiting for some medical equipment to be delivered since the 16th of August and nothing is happening and it has been eight weeks since my husband's accident, and a physio person from sirona care ordered a four wheel walking aid with a seat and brakes on the 16th of August
