Cannot speak highly enough of Pete for his professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness in helping the decision making into which stair lift would work for mum, he wasnt at all pushy just made sure we had all relevant information. Very thorough throughout including demonstration after fitting to ensure both mum and I were confident with using the equipment. Thank you Pete!

I contacted this company and a day later peter was here replacing the batteries in the stairlift. Work was completed efficiently and effectively and I cannot thank him enough! He was incredibly friendly and completed the work to his best ability and did a incredible job. Will highly recommend to anyone in need of a stairlift repair or even to get one installed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a stairlift. Peter was very helpful at the beginning of the process when I was making the decision of whether we should have a stairlift. Once I had decided to go ahead he carried out all the work very efficiently from the initial measurements to completion. I am very grateful to him for his good cheer and empathy throughout. I am very pleased with the new stairlift and, considering it had to be made especially for our stairs with two bends, I think it was a very quick turn around from start to finish. It is also very reassuring that if technical support is needed in the future we can call him on any day of the year at any time! Thank you so very much, Peter for exemplary service!
