They provide great customer care, even when there is an unfortunate blip in the service provided, this is professionally and quickly rectified as soon as the company are made aware of it. Would I use Bristol Mobility Centre again - yes without any question of doubt, they will be my only port of call for my next power chair and future chair maintenance. I need a company I can trust and depend on, Bristol Mobility Centre meet this brief.

Lisa was so helpful when I went in with an issue with my walker. She was so kind and managed to fix the issue that same day. I highly recommend Bristol's Mobility Centre and I'll definitely be going back if I need to purchase a new mobility aid.

Bristol Mobility is without doubt the premier mobility centre in Bristol and me twenty year association has always provided the highest quality goods and services to ease my mobility difficulties. I have purchased five mobility scooters, two rise and recline chairs, a stairlift and countless walking aids. All purchases have been accompanied by first class guarantees and service back up and I am totally confident that a call to the Whitehall Road branch will commence a chain of events to ensure my complete satisfaction. A recent upgrade request in battery size for my latest new scooter was fulfilled within days and I very pleased with the improved performance this provided. I am greatly impressed that before affecting this upgrade the manufacturer of the machine was consulted to ensure that this change was approved and I delighted that the physical work involved was carried out at my home thus negating any potential loss of use to me of this important piece of equipment. I expect a good response to my needs and I am never disappointed.
