The quote from across the road that was a bit more expensive and slower estimate repair time, but way more professional - I regret not using different service. Agree with other reviewers, they are cheapest quote, but sometimes you get what you pay for - cheap...not best. In the end this wasn't faster and cost me more money . They then became argumentative (as you can see below in their reply to another low rated review) while I was factual and polite. Given there's so many other phone repair shops in East Street Bedminster, I'd suggest giving your custom to any of the others, can't recommend here.

Quick service, cheap price, friendly staff. Did exactly what they said they would do, within the timeframe stated. Couldn't ask for better service. Will definitely recommend :)

Repaired screen for us. Everything seemed fine at first. Then suddenly a week later screen stopped working for no reason. We returned it and asked if he could take a look at it. We were told it had water damage (even though it had not been near any water) and were told wed have to pay more to repair it. Luckily, we took it to SmartPhones across the road and they said there was no water damage! And they replaced what they told us was a faulty screen!
