I bought a Google Pixel from here in April 2022. They said they would email a receipt but never did and I had to leave the country.
The phone died in December 2022 and I brought the phone back. The person working said I didnt buy the phone from him. I told him I did and can show him the bank statement. So he said its under new ownership. But the name is the same and Fone Revive is a small chain so I said I would contact head office. So he changed the story to that it was new management. It all felt very dodgy and I didnt trust them enough to leave my phone so will take it to somewhere else.
