Very welcoming, friendly and helpful I always come in to get my phone fix. Came in to fix my brothers screen gave me a free screen protector was very quick. Best service. Gave me a phone case for front and back of phone.

Smashed my phone (for the first time ever :( ) and got recommended here by a friend who said they were great! And they were! I was served by Sam who was very friendly, quick and efficient (15 minutes!) and provided me a proper case (needed) and put on a screen protector at no cost! Would highly highly recommend! If I do break my phone again, Ill be coming back :)

I went into Starphone on Friday 31st March and told the male working there that my charger wouldn't fit into the phone charger socket. He inspected the phone and told me that the port was damaged and it would be 55 to fix it. I asked him if it was definitely the issue and he said yes, he went on to give me an explanation about the port having to be replaced and he would need it until the next day. I decided not to pursue with it, instead I took it to another phone shop further down Glos Rd. The person there looked at it and straight away said there was some fluff in there, he took a few minutes getting it out and didn't charge me for it. Very disappointed and won't go back or recommend this place. I only gave it 1 star as it wouldn't let me post without selecting any.
