        Really good. Contacted techtock about my failing MacBook pro, took it round Monday morning, got a diagnosis and repair cost a couple of hours later (hard drive failing) and picked up the MacBook with a new drive and updated operating system Tuesday with details of how to restore my backup and his data recovery service if needed. Couldn't ask for more
