The service from Bristol Residential Lettings has been exemplary. Courteous, efficient and professional. Charlie Locke, our property manager, is on the ball, making sure property inspections are done in a timely way, dealing effectively and sensitively with any issues that arise. Hes communicative and helpful. Cant recommend them highly enough.

I've been renting with BRL for over a year now and my impressions agree with the positive feedback other customers have left here. When I got the keys from the agency and went to the flat initially, I found it in a really clean state and ready to live in condition. That made moving in that much easier as I only had to unpack and start living there. Since then there were a number of instances I required help with general queries and kitchen appliance issues, which my property manager Emily was really helpful with and quick to respond with updates/actions. When the fridge reached its end of life, it took less than a week to replace it with a new one from when I initially reported the issue. Emily, thank you for your great customer service!
