Excellent! I've had Bristol RLC fully manage my house for nearly 7 years while I've been abroad with work. From finding good tenants to managing rent and work that needed doing, I've always felt that my property was in safe hands, and needing minimal attention from me. Special mention to Emma, who was my main property manager (who probably knew the house better than I did!) who always gave me great advice on what maintenance/redocarating needed doing both duriing the tenancy, but also more recently when it was time for me to take back the property (to live in). If I ever need to rent out my place again, I wouldn't look anywhere else. Thanks Emma and team!

Emma has been an absolute super star in all that she has done managing my property for the past few years. She has been ever professional and has gone above on many occasions, in the work that she has done for me. I feel very grateful to have Emma as my property manager.

My partner and I have been renting with Bristol Residential Lettings for a couple of months now. Booking a viewing for the flat was really simple, and the application and move in process was quick thanks to their efficiency to get things moving. We had a few minor issues when moving in but these have been resolved very quickly and with great communication. Thank you!
