My boyfriend and I just bought our first flat through Elephant estate agency and they were absolutely fantastic! The process was a bit stressful for us mostly due to the fact that the bulk of our deposit was coming from my family overseas and we were worried about sellers being reluctant due to these circumstances. Alex Stock was so lovely, friendly and super efficient. He helped and supported us throughout the whole process, kept in touch with regular updates, always responded to phone calls and emails super fast and overall made things so much easier for us. He really went the extra mile: we bought some furniture and electrical devices from the owners and he helped us sort the purchase out, communicated with the owners when we needed information on the energy meters and readings for our providers and even reccommended an excellent solicitor who had experience in cases similar to ours. I really couldn't recommend Alex and his team more highly, i don't think we could have had a better first-buyer experience!

This was comfortably the best experience I have ever had of using an estate agent. I was buying a flat, and Alex was always really nice, very genuine and happy to answer my idiotic questions (of which there were many). At no point did I feel he was over-selling anything to me, he was candid and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend these good people.

I recently sold my house in Greenbank with Elephant. I got the house valued by 3 agents. Elephant didnt give the highest valuation but I was impressed by Alexs straightforward manner and that he didnt over-promise (which I thought was a risk with other agents). Im really pleased with the result. The photos, listing, and viewings were handled very professionally by Alex and Ben; we got thorough updates after each set of viewings; and we received an offer (above the asking price) within a month. Alexs advice was invaluable at each stage: he was good at anticipating problems, and both thoughtful and proactive about keeping us and our buyer updated, once we had an offer accepted ourselves and we were in a chain. It was great to deal with Alex, and the wider team: we could rely on him to be straight with us, we never had to chase him, and he clearly understood the market. Im happy to recommend Elephant!
