Ive visited Matt with muscular issues three times over five years. Each time he has resolved it with only 2 visits/massage plus strategic exercises. Matt really knows both the science and the practical. Along the way Ive also got great informal advice on my training regime and I now visit monthly for preventive treatment. Outstanding! Emilie is a fantastic therapist who works intuitively to tailor the session to you. I have previously had a deep tissue massage with Emilie, which was amazing, but decided to try hot stone massage this time. Emilie combines massage with the stones to give a deeply relaxing treatment. The stones added a heat that gave a really lasting effect on the muscles and energy lines. It was so relaxing during the treatment and I left feeling open and energised. Emilie immediately puts you at ease with her calm, friendly way and the music, lighting and oils that she uses all add to the wonderful treatment.

Matt was recommended to me after I had had several months of neck/shoulder pain which nothing seemed to alleviate. Even after the first session there was a marked reduction in pain and increase in mobility. I cannot recommend him highly enough..
