        I needed a new pillow and was after plenty of information about quality, materials, durability, and performance. The service I received in the Filton branch (unfortunately I do not remember the of the young man who attended me) was great, friendly and insightful. And I love my new pillow! Marta

        Sophie was very helpful and polite she also gave good information on the products. We were offered a nice cup of tea and to help with our choice we used the mattress assessment process.all in all a very pleasant experience.

        I have booked two mattresses from the store and the next day I went there to upgrade it to a better one and I was told they cant deliver those on the day as promised earlier. Im really disappointed as I was with no other option but to go ahead with the initial ones as I needed them delivered on the initially agreed date. My point is as my delivery slot was still available, it could have been manger better.
