I was hoping Caroline would be there today in the Queens Road Branch to advise me on their range of face oils. She was ~ and as always she listened and engaged with me on a variety of products. Her knowledge is comprehensive and her advice is genuine ~ she is a congenial and approachable sales/product advisor for Space NK ~ one you can rely on ~ I came away with the right product for me. My first visit to a Space NK . I visited this shop find some skincare products for myself and a makeup gift for a friend. I was incredibly impressed by the quality and variety of all of the products displayed in the store. As soon as I entered the shop I was greeted by a shop assistant called Harvey, he was incredibly helpful, paitent and informative about the options available for my skin type. I was particularly impressed by his depth of knowledge regarding the ingredients for each product. I took his advice by trying the Medik8 crystal retinal cream and omg this has completely revitalised my skin ! He also helped me pick a Charlotte Tilbury bronzer which my friend loves and not only that I left with an amazing Aqua di Parma perfume as per Harvey's recommendation. Overall an amazing shopping experience, so thrilled with my purchases, I will definitely be back !

Poor customer service and treatment. The service you receive seems to be highly dependent on what you look like. Some members of staff have a superiority complex and bad attitude. Terrible experience.

I popped in yesterday for a quick purchase and was aided by Caroline, who was the absolute sweetest! It really makes a difference when you interact with warm, kind and knowledgeable staff.
