        Took my car today Pre MOT as I thought needed 2 rear tyres. Looked and said had about 5,000 miles left. Absolutely brilliant as could have persuaded me needed them. I know where Im going when I need them.

        I was booked in with Kwik Fit Whiteladies Road due to a slow tyre puncture at 10:30am on Friday 31st March 2023. As I got there the fitter told me to leave the vehicle with them and return in an hour. As I returned they didnt acknowledge me I waited for a further 45 minutes, until I asked what was going on? I was told theyre too busy, they cant fix the tyre as it is a run flat. They said they will order one costing 375.00 and should get it delivered by 4pm I could either wait or return. I went straight to a local tyre company White House Tyres and one of their staff (Mark) said he can fix run flats, straight away took off the tyre, repaired the puncture for only 22.98. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Dont waste your time with Kwik fit, go to a local company like White House Tyres who are straightforward, save time/money and provide a personal service.

        Fantastic service as always. I highly recommend Whitehouse Tyres. Great trustworthy staff. You just have to be creative to get there if your car is not clean air compliant!
