After looking for a property for 16 months, working with MN was a refreshing change from previous estate agents. They truly cared that we had had negative experiences previously and were kind and worked quickly to facilitate our purchase. They went above and beyond in allowing me access to the property to get quotes for work and I really wont be working with any other estate agents in the future. Thank you so much to Nick and Dawn.

Had a fantastic experience using this estate agents. When Nick came over to value my property, I found his honest approach very refreshing compared to other agents who were invited to value the property. As a first time seller, this put me at ease, knowing that what I was being told was truthful. The team were very supportive throughout the sale, and despite a couple of usual knocks to the process, they always bounced back and got the sale back on track immediately. A special mention to Dawn and Jo who were the most supportive during the process. They were always friendly and helpful, which was much appreciated. They are both assets to the team. If I ever end up living in Bristol again, I would 100% use these agents again and would recommend them to anyone.

I bought my lovely house through Michael Nicholas having fallen in love with it when I was first shown around. I was so lucky to get it and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They were very patient when I had a lot of trouble trying to sell my previous property and I knew Jo would be there to smooth the way. Thank you all.
